Yeap! I failed.
Not too badly though… I failed at one place…
My friend and my mom was right… I tried cutting myself off to hard. A bit like a cocaine addict… I just couldn’t fully kick the habit:
I turned on the tv.
But not really to watch it … mostly just to fill the silence and the emptyness of the room. I just can’t stand it. So instead of ALWAYS closing the tv, i’ll try toning it down. So let’s face it… I need to re-adjust my objectives:
30 Days and 30 Nights #2
Daily challenges
- Write a blog post and maintain this website
- Call someone I know, just to talk.
- Bring lunch to work (as much as possible)
- Read / Write 1 hour per day
- Wake up at 7h30 am and eat breakfest (compared to my late 8 am)
The weekly challenges
- Write 3 articles
- Take 5 pictures and post them
- Go to the Gym 3 times a week and work out fully
- Sell one thing on eBay
- Learn & Post a recipe
- Clean up my environement (work/house) etc. 2 hours
- Post a Vlog
- Write weekly update
And the really … REALLY hardcore stuff:
- Limit TV usage Give up the TV. (This doesn’t includes movies or video games… as I am not a monk!)
- Not open my MySpace
- Do not drink more then 3 glass of milk a day (for those who know me… this is super hardcore)
